Former Official in Vietnam Ministry of Public Security joining KardiaChain advisory board
Colonel Tuan Minh Pham is the Former Deputy Director of Traffic and Transportation, Ministry of Public Security. He worked as Honorary Vice President of Vietnam Traffic and Transportation under the Ministry of Public Security and member of Vietnam Lawyer Association.
Moreover, he was awarded the second class Fatherland Defense Order by the government of Vietnam. It is a recognition of his achievements in training, in building forces and in strengthening the national defense and security.

With 40 years of experience, knowledge and leadership in various government departments, Col. Pham is joining the KardiaChain advisory board as policy and strategic development advisor. He will play a pivotal role in helping shape the project’s direction for KardiaChain and advising for decisions-making related to national policy.
As the Deputy Director of Traffic and Transportation, he was in charge of the traffic and transportation network in half of the country for 10 years. Besides, he was directly involved in the issuance process of various government certificates and ID such as vehicle registration certificate and driving license. Hence, we are looking forward to his advice on how to integrate blockchain into the current system as well as offering specific solutions to help KardiaChain to stand out from the competition.
