KardiaChain and Tokoin partnership announcement
Equal opportunities and financial inclusion are KardiaChain’s main vision, a vision that is shared by Tokoin. KardiaChain is excited to announce that we have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tokoin.
KardiaChain is a public blockchain platform focused on non-invasive interoperability with a strong exposure in Vietnam and SE Asia, working closely with governments and enterprises. KardiaChain works with major service providers (enterprises and government) to decentralise their existing solutions. KardiaChain’s Dual Node technology enables cross-chain communication between any public and/or private blockchains regardless of protocol.
Tokoin is a platform that leverages blockchain technology to establish valid identity and reputation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Tokoin uses blockchain-based solutions that allow TOKOIN users to build a trustworthy profile for all stakeholders in the ecosystem, by creating virtual ledgers for each MSME’s transactions, enabling easy access to funding applications thanks to Tokoin’s credit scoring, significantly lowering financial inclusion barriers for MSMEs and increasing the economic capability of the whole MSME ecosystem.
Key Cooperation Areas:
- Leverage the enterprise background of both KardiaChain and Tokoin to tap into each other’s strength and provide joint solutions.
- KardiaChain shall provide connections in Vietnam and South-East Asia, while Tokoin will bring prevailing institutions and market adoption.
- Jointly provide consultancy and technical support for enterprises such as advisory on blockchain integration or providing manpower to build platforms and systems from scratch.
- Concerning business development, both parties will create opportunities for future joint activities and projects which translate technology into innovative tools or solutions for use by the parties and the clients/partners of the parties.
With our strong proposition in active markets: Vietnam, and Tokoin with their reputation in Indonesian market, we believe the cooperation will help us expand together in SEA. The two project with support from government in their advisory board will also support each other to leverage blockchain landscape in both markets of strength.
