KardiaChain CTO as speaker in TechFest — the most prominent technology conference in Vietnam!

We are humbled to announce KardiaChain will attend the National Innovation Start-up Festival — TECHFEST VIETNAM 2020 in Hanoi on November 27–29th. This is the largest tech event hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Communist Youth Union and other ministries and socio-economic organizations.
Our CTO Huy Nguyen will be joining the panelists on November 28th. Other Notable speakers at this conference are Dr. Vu Duc Dam — Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam, Mr. Tran Van Tung — Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Linh Bui — General Director at Ministry of Education and Training, and many founders at top technology companies in Vietnam. This will be a strategic event to increase local exposure and foothold for blockchain in general and KardiaChain in particular.
TECHFEST VIETNAM 2020 is the largest annual event for the innovative startup community in the country and an opportunity for the government to display the dynamics of the Vietnamese startup ecosystem, an emerging nation eager to cooperate with international partners to develop and promote science, technology, and innovation. With aiming to make Vietnam among the World’s top 50 countries in terms of the E-Government Development Index (EGDI), The Prime Minister signed Decision 749/QD-TTG to approve the national program on digital transformation until 2030. The approved program has the dual goal of developing a digital government, economy, and society while establishing Vietnamese digital technology enterprises that can go global. Therefore, the Ministry of Science and Technology cooperates with other socio-economic organizations to organize many technology events, typically TECHFEST.
Themed “Adaptation — Transformation — Breakthrough” TECHFEST 2020 will structure into 12 technology villages that expect to have at least 250 booths from potential startups. In 2020, the Ministry of Science and Technology will also coordinate with partners to organize a High-Level Policy Dialogue, in which the Government leaders will hold a discussion with the innovative startup community on how to solve difficulties in conducting business and create a favorable environment for the growth of startups. This is an annual event since 2015 with the participation of a large number of tech-savvy communities and businesses — 7,000 participants and 800 startups.
At this conference, Mr. Huy Nguyen will be talking on decentralized finance, a platform based on Blockchain with the ambition to disrupt the traditional financial system by offering a platform on public Blockchain and an open-source platform for decentralized applications. It will be a chance to get knowledge for all participants through a sharing session from the panelists of KardiaChain, TomoChain, Kyber Network, Beowulf, and Binance Vietnam.
